Breakfast was good. The egg to order was the best thing available. However, would the breads didn't seem fresh could have better choices.

This is a very good hotel and offers outstanding VFM. We booked in for one night following a Machu Picchu tour, having left our suitcases with the hotel before the two-day (one night) tour; reason? It is a 2-minute walk to the train station where we boarded a train to Puno the following morning. The hotel came as a very pleasant surprise, especially at c. £100pn (USD130). The room was spacious - separate lounge area with an additional TV - and clean with very good shower room; staff were all helpful. And the breakfast, in terms of choice and quality, among the top 10% of all hotels we have visited; it really sets you up for the day.

The Morning Breakfast was a delight! The buffet breakfast options were varied and the stations were very well presented and maintained and the food SO fresh. I especially loved my Custom made omelet at the omelet bar, and the home made pico de gallo salsa was just excellent... AND on the morning that my daughter and I were up early (3:30am) to leave for our Macchu Picchu trek on The Red de Caminos Inka Ruta (The Inka Trail), the breakfast buffet was actually open with 70% of the breakfast offerings available to us. They cater to the traveling tourist, and do a premier job of making your stay a memorable one.

Location is very good. It's away from the noise and traffic of main square but the main square is 12 min walking. There is everything around including a laundry service that manages a service wash and drops to the hotel. It's opposite of the hotel. The restaurant has a buffet and a show every night - buffet is great and super value for money. Drink at the bar too are well made. Staff are wonderful. I'll give them 11 on 10. Very helpful and efficient and very welcoming. The breakfast is amazing. Its fresh and good quality.There is one section on just local food! In addition there is gluten free food, eggs to order and lots of variety of fruits and bread. AND it opens at 3am! The rooms are very nice and come equipped with heaters and air con. Very clean too.

The staff is really nice and at your service all the time. I unfortunately got really sick in Cusco and ended up staying 5 nights in bed, and the staff tailored the food for me.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at the Sonesta Cusco Hotel. The hotel is ideally located, making it convenient for exploring the city, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, which starts very early in the morning—an excellent perk for travelers with early departures, as we were still able to enjoy a full meal before heading out. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable, contributing to a restful and relaxing stay. I would like to extend special thanks to two outstanding staff members who went above and beyond to make us feel at home: Mrs. Violeta and Mr. Adolfo Alfaro. Their kindness, attentiveness, and helpfulness truly stood out and made a meaningful difference in our experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

Amazing location and spacious rooms. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely. We had a few special requests and they always helped out. The food at the hotel is delicious! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had---so many options for any taste. Love the tea always available in the lobby. Walkable spot to anywhere you need to go in Cusco. Laundry service available at the hotel which was nice after being in Peru for a while before getting to this location.

We liked everything about this hotel. The service and the breakfast deserve 5*. Rooms are good size and clean, bed and pillows are super comfortable. There is hot water always and it was warm enough. There is a heater in the rooms, but we didn’t need it.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We especially appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which made our travel seamless. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional, and the location was fantastic, putting us close to the most main tourist attractions. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of choices to suit every taste, and we were particularly impressed that it started as early as 3 AM, catering perfectly to guests departing for Machu Picchu tours.
